Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting & shopping at www.yummihouse.com.my. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


SHIPPING OPTION

Yummi House Malaysia only sells and ships our products within Malaysia (West Malaysia & East Malaysia). You could not expect us to export the product purchased from website. We reserve the right to cancel any order whereby the shipping address is out of Malaysia. 


SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

We operate from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Order placed within our operation hours will be processed on the next working day and send to delivery hub. Orders will neither being processed nor shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You may contact us to check for your order shipment by email enquiry@yummihouse.com.my


SHIPPING RATES

We have set a fixed rate for different locations: 

West Malaysia - RM1 - RM199 charge RM10, RM200 & above FREE delivery

East Malaysia - RM1 - RM999 charge RM50, RM1000 & above charge RM100


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). You are advised to check for your shipment status after 24 hours as courier company require some times to update the status. Please contact us if you couldn't track your shipment. 


DAMAGES OR MISSING

In case your shipment is missing or damage, you may contact our customer service via +6 016-560 5428 or email enquiry@yummihouse.com.my immediately to file a replacement.
