RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thanks for shopping with Yummi House. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the product we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Yummi House online store, in a Yummi House retail store, or on the phone with the Yummi House officer.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Yummi House online store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Yummi House store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Yummi House’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

30 DAYS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE GUARANTEE 

We have a 30 days returns and exchange guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES (1 TO 1 REPLACEMENT)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days after receiving items), if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that Yummi House won't take any responsibility after 7 days.

EXECEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders OR personalized items OR promotional items OR clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
