HOW TO CLAIM VOUCHER IN "REWARDS" ?

Selecting “Rewards” allows you to claim vouchers that you are eligible for under the "Discover" tab. Successfully claimed vouchers will appear under the "My Rewards" tab.

HOW TO USE IN-STORE / ONLINE VOUCHER?

Please copy the discount code displayed on the claimed e-voucher and apply it during the checkout process. This will reflect the updated total amount due after the discount is applied.

HOW TO CHECK MY "BEE COINS (POINTS)" ?

Selecting "Account" allows you to view your point balance and its expiration date.

HOW TO PURCHASE / REDEEM "STEAMED BIRD'S NEST" ?

You can purchase our freshly steamed bird's nest directly by choosing variation under "Steamed Bird's Nest" and then redeeming it at your nearest outlets.

HOW TO USE "REFFERAL" CODE?

Members can extend invitations to friends or family to join our "Buzzing Bee Rewards" program by sharing their unique referral link available on the "Referral" page in order for them to continue with the registration process. As long as the referral person successfully places an order, both parties will receive 1000 bee coins.
