How long can I keep my honey?
While natural wild honey has a long shelf life, we strongly recommend consuming it within a year after open for the best quality and taste. Learn more >>

What is the best time to drink honey and how many scoops should I consume?
We recommend having a cup of honey before breakfast and another before bedtime. Mixing one scoop of honey (around 20g) with warm water per cup (around 200ml) is optimal. Learn more >>

How long can one bottle of 600gm honey last if I consume daily?
One bottle of 600gm honey can last approximately 30 days if consumed daily.

Why would the wild honey crystalized instead of liquid? Is it safe to consume?
Honey will be crystallized when the surrounding temperate is low and the glucose content is more than fructose. It is still safe to consume even it is crystalized, it won’t affect the nutrients of honey. Learn more >>

Yes, Yummi House has the HALAL certificate from Indonesia, which is also recognized by Malaysia.

How can I track my parcel status?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number provided after the parcel has been shipped out.

Can I cancel or amend after placing my order?

What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?

I have Yummi House membership at Singapore, can I use it at Malaysia too?
No, you cannot use the Singapore membership in Malaysia. You can sign up for a new membership at the Malaysia outlets or website.
