HOW TO BREW WILD HONEY
1. Prepare 200ml of warm water (below 70°C).
2. Use a wooden spoon to extract around 20g of honey.
3. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved in water.

1. Soak the bird's nest in room temperature water for approximately 4 to 6 hours.
